Preparation Steps
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Brush this mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice. Toss until well mixed.
- Warm corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds. Keep covered with a towel.
- Assemble tacos with flaked salmon and slaw in each tortilla. Serve immediately.
