For the Salmon
  • 2 fillets Salmon Fillets about 4 oz each
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika or regular paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt sea salt preferred
For the Slaw
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage red or green
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro optional
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh preferred
For Assembly
  • 8 tortillas Corn Tortillas or flour tortillas if preferred

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Brush this mixture over the salmon fillets.
  3. Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice. Toss until well mixed.
  5. Warm corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds. Keep covered with a towel.
  6. Assemble tacos with flaked salmon and slaw in each tortilla. Serve immediately.
