  • 1 cup Whole Milk

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Chopped.
  • 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese Can substitute with cheddar or pepper jack.
For Serving
  • 1 cup Salsa Suggested for serving.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy and golden, about 8–10 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain and crumble.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and evenly spread the frozen tater tots across the bottom.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions over the tater tots.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tots, bacon, and green onions.
  7. Top with shredded colby jack cheese.
  8. Bake for approximately 50 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  9. Allow to cool for about 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  10. Slice and serve warm with salsa.
