Step-by-Step Instructions for Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza
  1. In a large skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion, cooking until browned and soft, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the prebaked pizza crust on a pizza pan and spread pizza sauce across, leaving a small edge.
  3. Layer the spread pizza sauce with the cooked beef and onion mixture. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and dill pickle slices on top, then add a generous amount of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then cut into 8 slices and serve warm.

For best results, drain beef well to avoid soggy crust, and consider pre-baking the crust for extra crunch.
