- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper to form a smooth mixture.
- Place the salmon fillets onto the prepared baking sheet and brush the Cajun seasoning mixture over both sides.
- Bake the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork and has a light golden color.
- While the salmon is baking, mash a ripe avocado in a mixing bowl, then stir in lime juice, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Once the salmon is done baking, let it rest briefly, then serve topped with the Avocado Lime Sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.
