Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper to form a smooth mixture.
  3. Place the salmon fillets onto the prepared baking sheet and brush the Cajun seasoning mixture over both sides.
  4. Bake the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork and has a light golden color.
  5. While the salmon is baking, mash a ripe avocado in a mixing bowl, then stir in lime juice, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Once the salmon is done baking, let it rest briefly, then serve topped with the Avocado Lime Sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.
