  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 8 pieces tortillas flour or corn

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and salsa. Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, and mix until creamy.
  3. Lay tortillas flat, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto each, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Spray or brush taquitos lightly with cooking spray or olive oil for a golden finish.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crispy, or air fry at 380°F (190°C) for about 7-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving with guacamole, salsa, or your favorite dipping sauce.
