- In a large mixing bowl, mix together shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and salsa. Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, and mix until creamy.
- Lay tortillas flat, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto each, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Spray or brush taquitos lightly with cooking spray or olive oil for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crispy, or air fry at 380°F (190°C) for about 7-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
