Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and form meatballs about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them in the greased baking dish.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
  5. Prepare the Spinach Alfredo Sauce by simmering heavy cream and minced garlic in a saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning once the sauce has thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Pour the Spinach Alfredo Sauce evenly over the baked meatballs and toss gently to coat.
  8. Return the baking dish to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped herbs before serving.
