- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Remove the plastic disc from the spiral-cut ham and place it flat-side down in the baking dish. Pour ¼ cup of orange juice evenly over the top.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and roast for 12 to 15 minutes per pound, until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, mustard, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, and water until smooth.
- Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). Brush the glaze generously over the ham and roast uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
