Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by marinating the shrimp in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine flour with spices: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Remove shrimp from the buttermilk, dredge in seasoned flour, then dip back into buttermilk and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
