For the Stir Fry
  • 1 lb Beef sliced thinly
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, carrots
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce low sodium optional
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for cooking
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch optional for thickening

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add olive oil and let it heat up.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced beef and stir fry until browned.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir fry until just tender.
  6. Pour soy sauce over ingredients and mix well.
  7. If using, mix cornstarch with water and add to the stir fry for thickness.
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
