Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan with aluminum foil and cooking spray.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and sauté diced onions until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, and Italian breadcrumbs. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Mix cooled onions with ground beef, ketchup (or chili sauce), Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer meat mixture to baking pan and shape it into a loaf.
  6. Bake the shaped meatloaf for about 40 minutes.
