Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the green beans for 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Transfer to ice bath.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic mixture and cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes over the green beans and adjust seasoning as desired.
  5. Reduce heat to low, add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring gently until the cheese melts and coats the beans.
  6. Remove from heat, transfer to serving dish, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
