Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Wash and cube the potatoes. Toss with olive oil and ranch seasoning.
  3. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes.
  4. Slice the smoked sausage into rounds approximately ½ inch thick.
  5. After 25 minutes, add sausage on top of potatoes and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the dish and return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
