- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Wash and cube the potatoes. Toss with olive oil and ranch seasoning.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes.
- Slice the smoked sausage into rounds approximately ½ inch thick.
- After 25 minutes, add sausage on top of potatoes and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
