Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Cube the potatoes into uniform pieces, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Add sliced smoked sausage on top of the potatoes, toss gently, and bake for another 20 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot.
