Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). For frozen fries, follow package instructions. For homemade fries, cut potatoes into sticks, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, let it simmer; stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  4. Return cooked chicken fillets to skillet, spoon sauce over them, and simmer for 2-3 minutes to soak in flavors.
  5. Plate chicken fillets with fries and drizzle with remaining sauce. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
