Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken breast pieces with shawarma spice mix, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and fry the cooked rice until crispy for 5-8 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley. Toss gently.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust thickness with water if needed.
  6. To serve, layer crispy rice, sliced chicken, and vegetable mixture, then drizzle with tahini dressing.
