Preparation Steps
- Pour 2 cups of cloudy apple juice into a blender, followed by 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add a handful of large mint leaves. Blend on high for about 30 seconds.
- Let the mixture settle for about 2 minutes to allow froth to rise to the top. Skim off the froth.
- Decant the settled mixture into a screwtop jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Fill each glass with crushed ice, leaving space at the top.
- Shake the jar to redistribute the mint, then pour the drink over the crushed ice.
- Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and extra mint leaves before serving.
