Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Pour 4 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk into a large jar and set it aside.
  2. Brew your coffee using a French press or phin filter.
  3. Allow the brewed coffee to cool slightly and pour it into the jar with the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow pan, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Freeze the mixture for 35 to 40 minutes, then scrap the edges and let it remain soft in the center.
  6. Scrape with a fork to create a slushy texture and return to the freezer. Repeat this process 3 to 4 times.
  7. Once fluffy, serve the granita in bowls with additional sweetened condensed milk on top.
