Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs, bananas, yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon for the swirl and set it aside.
  6. Layer half the batter in the pan, add half the swirl mixture, repeat, and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 1 hour before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Whisk together icing ingredients until smooth and drizzle over cooled bread.
  10. Slice and serve, warm or at room temperature.
