Ingredients
  

For the Batter
  • 3 medium Ripe Bananas Use very ripe, spotty bananas for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter Unsalted is preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Egg Beaten.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour Measure carefully.
For the Cinnamon Swirl
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon Fresh is best!
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until mostly smooth in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir melted butter into the bananas, then add baking soda and salt, mixing until combined.
  4. Mix in granulated sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gradually fold in all-purpose flour until just combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together ground cinnamon and brown sugar for the swirl.
  7. Pour half of the banana batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture.
  8. Pour the remaining banana batter over the swirl and add the last portion of cinnamon mixture on top.
  9. Gently swirl through the batter with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  10. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
