Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the steamer by placing a steamer basket inside a large saucepan and filling it with 1 inch of water. Bring to a vigorous boil.
  2. Carefully lay the cod fillets in the steamer basket. Cover and steam for 8-10 minutes until cod flakes easily.
  3. In a small saucepan, whisk the cornstarch, coconut milk, and orange juice until smooth. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in sweet chili sauce, minced ginger, and soy sauce. Add mandarin oranges, green onion, sliced almonds, and sesame oil. Heat through for 2 minutes.
