Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup of granulated sugar, 1/3 cup of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  3. Whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  4. Whisk together 1/2 cup of melted butter and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar until smooth. Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 cup of sour cream, and 2-3 mashed ripe bananas.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture gently.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
