Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated onion, milk, egg, salt, black pepper, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix gently until combined.
- Scoop out portions of the meat mixture and roll them into uniform 1-inch meatballs. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes or until they’re golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add 4 tablespoons of flour to create a roux. Whisk in beef broth, heavy cream, and soy sauce until the gravy is smooth and thick.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, add them into the creamy gravy, simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs hot with creamy gravy, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes
For best results, ensure meatballs are rolled to uniform sizes for even cooking. Allow to simmer in gravy for deeper flavor.
