Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground beef, breaking it apart until browned (about 8 to 10 minutes).
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Gently fold in chili beans and heat through for another 5 minutes.
  5. Layer half of the crushed tortilla chips in the baking dish as the base.
  6. Spread the seasoned beef and bean mixture evenly over the tortilla chips.
  7. Spread sour cream over the beef mixture, then sprinkle with black olives, green onions, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
