- In a mixing bowl, crack open the large eggs and whisk until well blended and slightly frothy.

- Add chopped spinach, red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and onion powder; mix gently.
- In a small cup, mix the baking powder with a splash of water, then fold into the egg mixture.
