Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and light brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg, honey, and vanilla extract, whisking until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix just until combined to keep blondies tender.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Mix granulated sugar with the remaining ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
  5. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Don't overbake!
  6. Let the blondies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
