  • 2 lbs Potatoes (Yukon Gold)
  • 1/2 cup Milk or Cream

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and chop the Yukon Gold potatoes, then boil for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. In a skillet, warm oil and sauté the chopped onion and carrots for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the ground lamb and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  5. Blend in the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce, then add flour to the mixture.
  6. Pour in the stock and let it simmer for 10 minutes, then fold in frozen peas.
  7. Transfer the filling to a baking dish and layer the mashed potatoes on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
