  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

For the Crunchy Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • 4 tablespoons Butter unsalted, melted
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and greasing a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently fold together the lump crab meat and pre-cooked shrimp. Add the cooked rice and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Incorporate mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped onion, minced garlic, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper into the seafood mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly without compacting.
  5. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter until evenly coated and sprinkle over the seafood filling.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until topping is golden brown and filling bubbles at the edges.
