  • 4 fillets Salmon Fillets Thick, wild-caught center-cut

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, dill, and season with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a cutting board and cut a pocket into each fillet.
  4. Gently stuff each fillet with the seafood mixture without overfilling.
  5. Place the stuffed fillets in the greased baking dish and top with lemon slices. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  6. Broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes for a golden finish, if desired.
  7. Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving.
