Step-by-Step Instructions

  5. Sprinkle cranberries over the cream cheese filling, distributing them evenly.
  6. From one long edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log shape.
  7. Slice the log into ½-inch thick pieces and position them cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops of each pinwheel with the egg wash.
  9. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
