- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). On a lightly floured surface, unroll your thawed puff pastry and gently roll it out to smooth any creases.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and crumbled feta with your choice of fresh herbs. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle cranberries on top.
- Starting from one long edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log and pinch the edge to seal.
- Slice the log into ½-inch pieces and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Create an egg wash by beating an egg. Brush the tops of each pinwheel with this wash.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
