  • 1 tbsp Fresh Herbs parsley, thyme, or rosemary

  • mixing bowl
  • Rolling Pin
  • knife
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). On a lightly floured surface, unroll your thawed puff pastry and gently roll it out to smooth any creases.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and crumbled feta with your choice of fresh herbs. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle cranberries on top.
  4. Starting from one long edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log and pinch the edge to seal.
  5. Slice the log into ½-inch pieces and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Create an egg wash by beating an egg. Brush the tops of each pinwheel with this wash.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
