  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Thawed
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Cranberries Dried or Fresh
  • 4 oz Feta Cheese Crumble
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs Parsley, Thyme, or Rosemary
  • 1 large Egg Beaten

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface. Gently roll it to an even thickness.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, and your choice of fresh herbs. Mix until well blended.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the cranberries evenly across the cream cheese layer.
  5. Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the pastry into a log shape. Slice the log into ½-inch pieces.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the sliced pinwheels. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden-brown and puffy.
  8. Allow pinwheels to cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving warm.
