  • 1 cup Walnuts chopped

  • 1 each Fresh Orange Juice
  • 0.33 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt to taste
