  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries or cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder use sparingly
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley for garnish
For Serving
  • 1 box Crackers variety such as whole grain or gluten-free

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese and softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gradually fold in the fresh cranberries using a spatula until mixed evenly, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle in honey, lemon juice, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir gently until combined.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and smooth the surface. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  5. Cover and chill for up to 2 hours or serve immediately with crackers.
