Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Beef Pasta
  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions (9-11 minutes) until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef (6-8 minutes) until no longer pink.
  3. Sauté chopped onion for 3-4 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in canned tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer uncovered for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and quickly stir in Greek yogurt and Parmesan until smooth.
