Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until al dente (8–10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the Eggs: Peel hard-boiled eggs, chop whites, and mash yolks. Combine with pasta.
  3. Add Crunchy Ingredients: Chop celery and red onion, slice green onions. Combine with pasta and eggs. Add bacon.
  4. Make the Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine and Toss: Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
