  4. Add minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Return browned chicken to the pot and mix well with onions and garlic.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine; allow to bubble gently.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and whole milk until well combined.
  8. Season with dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Add grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
  10. Incorporate spinach, diced carrot, and diced celery; cook for 5-7 minutes.
  11. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving hot.
