Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of raspberries, along with the zest and juice of 1 lemon. Stir gently.
  3. Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. For a smoother texture, transfer part of the mixture to a blender and pulse briefly before mixing back in.
  5. Scoop the mixture into jars or airtight containers, filling each one to minimize air exposure.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
