- Prep the chicken: Cut into thin strips, season generously with sea salt and ground pepper.
- Brown the chicken: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken, and cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
- Sauté garlic & onions: Add more butter if needed and sauté diced onion for 3 minutes, then add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
