Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles until they are al dente.
- Combine the chopped shrimp, shredded crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spread Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Take one lasagna noodle, place 2-3 tablespoons of filling, and roll tightly. Repeat for each noodle.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let rest for a few minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
