  • 8 oz Lasagna Noodles Cooked al dente
  • 1 cup Cooked Shrimp Chopped
  • 1 cup Crab Meat Shredded
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
For the Sauce
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Store-bought or homemade
For Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
For Garnish
  • Fresh Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles until they are al dente.
  3. Combine the chopped shrimp, shredded crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Take one lasagna noodle, place 2-3 tablespoons of filling, and roll tightly. Repeat for each noodle.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
