  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and toss with creamy dressing immediately.
  3. Add grilled sweet corn, red onion, bell pepper, and cilantro to pasta mixture. Toss gently to combine.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in cayenne and chili powder, cooking for about 1-2 minutes. Drizzle over salad before serving.
