Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Stuffed Mushroom Dip
  1. Begin by preparing your ingredients. Soften cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Slice baby Bella mushrooms and mince garlic cloves.
  2. In a cast iron skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and fresh thyme, sauté for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced baby Bella mushrooms to the skillet, stir gently, and cook for approximately 7 minutes until softened. Season lightly with salt.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add the creamy cheese mixture to the skillet with sautéed mushrooms and fold gently. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
