Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak a rice paper sheet in warm water for 10–15 seconds until soft and pliable.
  2. Layer cooked vermicelli noodles, shredded vegetables, and either firm tofu or cooked shrimp in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and tightly roll from the bottom.
  4. Lightly brush or spray each roll with oil and place seam-side down in the air fryer.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Air fry the rolls for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
