Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil wonton wrappers and arrange them over the edges of a 9x13 baking dish to form taco shells.
  2. Bake the wonton wrappers for about 7-8 minutes until they harden. Pull apart the edges while they're still pliable, then return them to bake for an additional 7-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. Combine diced chicken breasts with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a medium mixing bowl until well-coated.
  4. Heat a skillet over high heat and sauté the chicken mixture for about 7-8 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In another bowl, mix coleslaw mix, chopped green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey to prepare the slaw.
  6. Assemble tacos by spooning sautéed chicken into each crispy wonton shell, topping with slaw, and drizzling with sweet chili sauce.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds and serve immediately.
