Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking sheet.
  2. Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Slice them into evenly sized wedges.
  3. Mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat the potato wedges with olive oil and sprinkle with the seasoning mix. Toss to coat.
  5. Spread the wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Flip the wedges halfway through the baking time for even cooking.
  7. Remove from oven when golden and crispy; optionally sprinkle extra Parmesan before serving.
