Preparation
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Chop romaine hearts and toss with ¼ cup of the prepared Caesar dressing; chill.
- Pound chicken cutlets to ½ inch thickness and season with sea salt and black pepper.
- Set up a dredging station: flour, egg mixture, breadcrumb mixture.
- Coat each chicken cutlet in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
- Slice the baguette, spread Caesar dressing, add chicken cutlet and romaine salad, then close the sandwich.
