Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder until creamy and well combined.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center. Moisten edges of the wrapper with water and fold it over to seal.
- In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil to around 350°F (175°C) for frying.
- Carefully add Crab Rangoon Bombs to the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove the fried bombs and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve on a platter and enjoy with a dipping sauce.

Reheat leftovers in the oven to maintain crispiness. Can also freeze uncooked bombs for up to 2 months.
