- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Gather your ingredients and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the chopped shrimp and crab meat with minced garlic and spices. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until heated through.
- Reduce heat to low, add shredded cheese and queso dip, stirring for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts completely.
- Take a tortilla, spoon in a generous amount of seafood mixture, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat until filling is used.
- Lightly brush each taquito with olive oil for a crispy exterior.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
