Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Gather your ingredients and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the chopped shrimp and crab meat with minced garlic and spices. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until heated through.
  3. Reduce heat to low, add shredded cheese and queso dip, stirring for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts completely.
  4. Take a tortilla, spoon in a generous amount of seafood mixture, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat until filling is used.
  5. Lightly brush each taquito with olive oil for a crispy exterior.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Pair with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
