Step-by-Step Instructions for Fried Korean Dumplings
  1. Prepare the Filling: Heat a tablespoon of avocado oil in a skillet, stir-fry ground pork until browned. Add onions, cabbage, carrots, and green onions, cooking for 2-3 minutes. Season and let cool.
  2. Assemble Dumplings: Lay out won ton wrappers, scoop filling into the center, moisten edges, fold and seal. Cover with a damp cloth to avoid drying out.
  3. Fry Dumplings: Heat oil in a frying pan; fry dumplings in batches for 5-7 minutes each side until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  4. Freezing Instructions: Lay uncooked dumplings on a baking sheet, freeze for an hour, then transfer to freezer bags for up to 3 months. Fry directly from frozen.
