  • 3 tbsp Honey replace with maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes adjust for spice preference
  • 50 ml Water to help meld flavors
  • 1 tsp Orange Zest optional
For Garnish and Serving
  • to taste Fresh Thyme or Parsley for garnish
  • to taste Sesame Seeds or Crushed Pistachios optional toppings

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Let oil heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Dice the halloumi and feta into bite-sized cubes. Carefully place them in the hot skillet and fry each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the cheese bites to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Let them rest while preparing the dip.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cranberries, honey, water, chili flakes, and orange zest. Simmer for 4-5 minutes until cranberries soften.
  5. Arrange the crispy bites on a serving platter. Pour the dip into a small bowl and garnish with fresh herbs and optional toppings.
