  3. Combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl, whisk until smooth.
  4. Coat tofu cubes in cornstarch, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, fry tofu cubes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  6. Drain fried tofu on paper towels.
  7. In the same skillet, simmer the honey garlic sauce for about a minute.
  8. Add fried tofu to the skillet and toss gently to coat.
